We would like to share our experience with IticSoftware with our Expert Advisor traders. We have been testing and using several of the IticSoftware Expert Advisors for about 4 months now.
We have previously purchased Infinity, Chinchilla and the Forex-USD/JPY – all of these provided us with impressive results in certain markets.
Currently we are running the Infinity, X06 and Chinchilla EUR/CAD on our live account while running Upstream and Forex-USD/JPY on a demo account.
Readers should keep in mind that our results are not long term but Infinity has been the most profitable out of the three followed by X06 and last Chinchilla.
We would like to issue word of caution with Chinchilla. It has a much bigger drawdown then the IticSoftware backtest shows and their own forward test has also given similar results. However we noticed that in the recent markets it has recovered nicely. The Upstream Expert Advisor has been running on our demo account for the last 4 months and it still hasn't shown a profit but is not down by a lot.
Forex USD/JPY is also still on our demo account and has performed terribly. We have just purchased additional Expert Advisors from these guys and will be evaluating them and will report what we find in the future.
We do not expect all of these Expert Advisors to be suitable for our live accounts. Expert Advisor Metatrader is trying to put together a portfolio of good ones and we do believe that this company is trying to produce good Expert Advisors since many of them do perform well.
Their support is very responsive even after they complete the sale of their Expert Advisors. They are currently placing some of their Expert Advisors on live accounts so results can be monitored and they haven’t tried to hide it when their forward tests show worst results then their backtests. This was the case with the Chinchilla expert advisor.
Overall IticSoftware has a very good reputation.
To summarize – we are very satisfied with most of their products and feel that overall their performance on live accounts proves that they put a lot of time and effort into the development of their automated software.
They also have in-house programmers that can program any strategy a trader is interested in implementing.
